Hypnotic Relaxation

This is the main body of the hypnotic relaxation work. It is best to listen to it with headphones at least once a day for 1 month, thereafter 3 times per week. We are using the latest 3D digital technology that engages both hemispheres of the brain and subliminal suggestions that reinforce the relaxation process. There will be times when you will hear certain words or phrases just within auditory awareness to help bypass the conscious mind.

You may like to give yourself the following affirmations throughout the day or write them where you can see them in order to re-enforce your new relaxed and rejuvenated self.
